- There's a defect in the product that I received, is it possible to have it exchanged?
If the product you have received is defective, you may either receive a refund or exchange. However, exchanges are normally allowed for the same product.

- I'd like an exchange because of a defective product.
- If the product you have received is different from the one you have ordered, or the product you received is damaged, you may request an exchange from the vendor.Please contact the vendor and request an exchange.For exchanges not related to damaged products, the purchaser may be required to pay the shipping fee.
- Will I have to pay for shipping when receiving an exchange?
- In short, for "change of heart" exchanges not resulting from damaged products, the purchaser will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee, and for exchanges resulting from product defects or reasons for which the vendor is
- How do I exchange or return an item?
- You can exchange an item through our 1:1 chat service or call 02-2077-2943. Exchanges for non-defective merchandise are accepted within 7 days with a shipping fee. Exchanges for defective items are accepted within 10 days without a shipping fee. Exchange is only possible when the same item is available, otherwise we will refund the item price.
