[Domestic Shipping]

• Shipping is free for orders KRW 30,000 or above. An additional shipping fee of KRW 3,000 applies for orders less than KRW 30,000.
• If payment for an order is completed before 9:00 AM, the order will be shipped after 1:00 PM the next day.(Shipping may be delayed depending on availability.)
• Shipping estimates are 1 day for Seoul, 2-3 days for Gyeonggi-do and other regions, Jeju-do and remote regions may require up to 3-4 days for shipping.

[Overseas shipping]

• Overseas shipping fee will be emailed after placing an order.
  Credit card or bank deposit payments are accepted.
  Overseas shipping fee varies by the Korean Post EMS price list by weight.
• Overseas shipping is handled through Korean Post EMS. To place a request for overseas shipping, please contact 02-749-2333. (For EMS rates, please consult the Korea Post website)

• Returns or exchanges are available within 14 days after delivery.
• Returns will be refunded by deducting round-trip shipping costs, and the product and packaging must be in resalable condition.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, broken, or different item, a full refund including shipping costs will be provided.
• Refund requests made after the product has been shipped will be processed after the item is returned.
• Sealed packaging and DIY items cannot be exchanged or returned simply because you have changed your mind.
